As a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to arrange your schedule and work closely with our Marketing Director Benelux, Sales Head Prescription Benelux, and International Brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Annual Business Plans for key categories and brands, working closely with the Marketing Director Benelux.
- Develop and implement product strategies, including pricing and reimbursement, to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and dermatologists in the Benelux region.
- Develop and implement winning marketing strategies for your portfolio, including B2B communication and detailing materials for the sales team.
- Monitor budgets and manage demand forecasts, updating the monthly Revenue Models.
- Perform market research and analyze trends, identifying new opportunities and competitor insights.
- Provide tools and materials to the sales force, motivating and supporting them to achieve results.
- Degree-level education in a scientific, marketing, or business field.
- Previous experience in Brand Management, preferably in the prescription drugs industry, with a focus on dermatology.
- Experience working in the Benelux region and delivering commercial KPIs and brand plans.
- Strong presenting and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and motivate a team.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch (Flemish) and English, with French as a plus.
