Job Title: Brand Manager Prescription

Galderma, a leading dermatology company, is seeking a skilled Brand Manager Prescription to join their team in Breda. As a hybrid role, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Director Benelux and International Brand teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to manage RX brand portfolios and achieve sustainable growth in the region.
  2. Work closely with the Marketing Director Benelux to develop Annual Business Plans and Budget Plans for the RX unit.
  3. Develop and implement brand connection and activation plans towards healthcare professionals, including B2B communication, detailing materials, and interaction with HCPs.
  4. Manage relationships with Benelux KOLs and dermatologist community.
  5. Develop and implement winning marketing strategies for the portfolio.
  6. Monitor budgets and manage demand forecasts, updating the monthly Revenue Models.
  7. Perform market research and analyze trends, including competitor and customer insights analysis. Continuously evaluate market events and identify new opportunities.
  8. Provide tools and materials to the sales force, motivating and supporting them to achieve results.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (Scientific, Marketing, or Business).
  • Previous experience in Brand Management, ideally within the prescription drugs industry and dermatology.
  • Experience working in at least one market in the Benelux.
  • Strong presenting and communication skills.
  • Self-motivator and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximize results.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and confident mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch (Flemish) and English. French is a plus.
