Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans for key categories and brands, working closely with the Marketing Director Benelux and Sales Head Prescription Benelux.
  • Design and execute product strategies, including pricing and reimbursement, to drive business growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and the dermatologist community, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement winning marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor budgets and manage demand forecasts, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and challenges, informing business decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or science.
  • Previous experience in brand management, preferably in the prescription drugs industry, with a focus on dermatology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with a proven track record of delivering commercial KPIs and brand plans.
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch (Flemish) and English, with French as a plus.
