Brand Manager Job Description

Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand and category plans to drive growth and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies to drive brand and share growth
  • Manage brand P&L and A&P budgets to optimize financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop action plans to achieve brand objectives
  • Lead the execution of margin improvement and revenue growth management initiatives
  • Develop and manage local 5P marketing plans to drive brand activation and engagement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in consumer marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with French a plus
  • Proficient digital literacy, with Google Tools experience
