Galderma Aesthetic Dermatology Key Account Manager

At Galderma, we're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Aesthetic Dermatology. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key accounts in the Benelux region. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and expand our product offerings within these key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our presence in key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and business decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage our resources and expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing positions in the aesthetic market or other medical device-related businesses.
  • Knowledge of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key accounts in the industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as requirements.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and client relations.
