Key Account Manager

Galderma, the world's largest independent dermatology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the aesthetic market, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our market share in the aesthetic business.
- Provide tailored solutions and services to key accounts to increase their productivity and demand for Galderma products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to leverage customer contacts and optimize market understanding.
- Monitor and review sales and market evolution, as well as customer segmentation, using clear metrics.
- Report to the Head of Sales Aesthetics Benelux.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing positions in the aesthetic market or other medical device-related business.
- Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts in the industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Understanding of patient flow and processes at clinics.
- Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
- Professional level in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Passion for sales and client relations.
- Results-oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
