Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for realizing sales goals, gross margin, and income goals for clearly defined key accounts in the Aesthetic business.
Key responsibilities include providing tailor-made solutions and services to key accounts to increase their productivity and expand their demand for Galderma products. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing functions and leverage your customer contacts to optimally understand and shape the market.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. You will also need to be willing to travel and work in a team of professionals. Professional level in Dutch & English – French would be a plus.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Realize sales goals, gross margin, and income goals for clearly defined key accounts in the Aesthetic business.
- Provide tailor-made solutions and services to key accounts to increase their productivity and expand their demand for Galderma products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing functions and leverage your customer contacts to optimally understand and shape the market.
- Use clear metrics to monitor/ review sales and market evolution as well as customer segmentation.
