**The role**

As our Brand Marketing Lead, you’ll spearhead our global brand marketing efforts, working with a tight-knit and growing team of three. Your mission is to craft and execute strategies that amplify our communication, drive awareness, and boost user engagement and loyalty worldwide, making YoungOnes a household name for anyone looking to ‘make work easy’. You’ll develop and implement a global brand strategy, define our brand positioning, oversee the creation of our brand identity and style guides, conduct market research, lead brand activations across B2C and B2B channels, monitor key performance metrics, and be the ultimate brand advocate for all stakeholders and partners.

**What we offer**
- A yearly salary of €70K - €75K depending on seniority;

**Who are you?**
- At least 6 years of experience in brand management or brand leadership roles in fast-growing, international companies;
- Strong strategic and creative thinker with an attention for details;
- Familiar with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, influencer marketing, and emerging trends in brand marketin;
- Proven experience with product marketing with a track record in leading digital projects for web or app, including a deep understanding of UX/UI and performance;
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading cross functional teams and projects;
- Experience in working for a platform and/or technology industry is a plus.
