**The role**

As our CRM Lead, you'll drive our Customer Relationship Management strategy, crafting a performance-driven roadmap to elevate YoungOnes to new heights in customer loyalty and lifecycle management. You'll define and coordinate the CRM strategy across all active markets, implementing and managing lifecycle marketing tactics to boost platform use and retention. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll experiment with campaigns and channels to reduce churn and drive growth, while continuously analysing CRM data to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions. With your leadership, analytical prowess, and creative thinking, you'll ensure that every interaction with our platform users is exceptional, driving long-term engagement and loyalty.

You'll lead and develop the CRM Team, executing strategies in the Netherlands, UK, and France, with more markets to follow. By fostering a culture of quick experimentation and high performance, you'll drive great results.

**Who are you?**
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in CRM within a fast-growing, international environment, and proven track record of managing a growing team in a fast-paced industry, with strong leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a curious mind.
- Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools and proficiency in B2B CRM platforms like HubSpot and their integration in daily automations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and the creativity to develop exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills, effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
