Driscoll’s is looking for a dynamic Brand Activation Manager to join our team in Breda and play a key role in building our beloved berry brand across the European market. If you’re passionate about honest food brands, sustainable innovations, and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the fresh berry industry, this is an ideal role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Digital Strategy**:Coordinate the regional social media channels, community management, influencer outreach, and digital platforms in collaboration with agencies responsible for execution.
- ** Digital Assets**:Manage digital assets for e-commerce platforms.
- ** Shopper Marketing & Brand Execution**: Lead shopper marketing activities, develop brand assets, and organize events to engage customers and shoppers.
- ** Agency Coordination**: Work closely with agencies to execute brand strategies, develop assets, and drive Driscoll’s brand messaging.
- ** KPI Tracking & Strategic Input**: Maintain the regional KPI dashboard and contribute to the annual marketing plan.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 2-5 years in brand management with a focus on social media/digital strategies, preferably in the retail/FMCG industry.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English & Dutch; proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
