**WIE ZOEKEN WIJ?**

Als Client Manager maak je onderdeel uit van ons commerciële team. Je focus ligt op het managen en vooral uitbouwen van klantrelaties met bijbehorende commerciële doelstellingen. Je zoekt de synergie tussen de verschillende value propositions binnen onze entiteiten Fightclub (brand & performance agency) & EnoRm (digital product studio) en adviseert je klanten op MT- en directieniveau.

Je bent dus commercieel gedreven en bent de aanjager van de klantenteams van jouw klantenportefeuille. Klantenteams bestaan afhankelijk van het klant vraagstuk, onder andere uit strategen, een project manager, digital specialisten, creatieven en/of developers. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Client Service Director. Jouw inspanningen zijn altijd gericht op het leveren van toegevoegde waarde. Je laat geen kans onbenut om het beste resultaat te bereiken.

Naast je bestaande klantenportefeuille, ben je tevens alert en gedreven in het spotten van new business opportunities. Je bent hierbij in staat ownership te nemen op eventuele sales of pitch trajecten welke je van A tot Z weet te begeleiden.

**Jouw takenpakket bestaat dus onder andere uit**:

- Account management: bouwen, verdiepen en uitbreiden van je eigen klantenportefeuille;
- Bewaken en versterken van de on
- & offline klantstrategie;
- Geven van advies en briefings aan de klant op Directie-/MT niveau;
- Coördineren en managen van alle budgetten, planningen en briefings ism je Project Manager;
- Opstellen en bewaken van de jaarstrategie, budgetten en de doelstellingen van de klant; Het spotten en opvolgen van new business opportunities waaruit sales of pitch trajecten resulteren welke je van A tot Z weet te begeleiden.

**JIJ...**
- Hebt mínimaal HBO/WO niveau;
- Bent al minstens 4 jaar in een vergelijkbare commerciële rol actief in de bureauwereld;
- Herkent jezelf helemaal in de beschreven rol: door jou groeit de business van de klant én van Fightclub/EnoRm;
- Hebt ruime ervaring met het bewaken van doelen plus budgetten;
- Bent platform savvy, op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen en trends in content, digital, data en platforms;
- Bent communicatief sterk en beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend. Hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit en doet er alles aan om het maximale resultaat te behalen
