For this lifestyle hotel situated in the hotspot of Rotterdam we are looking for an authentic, passionate and proactive Intern Front Office who enjoys giving every guest a "nhow" experience.

You are the person we are looking for

**What are you going to do?**
As a Front Office Intern you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
