Als Freight Forwarder ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de supply chain van onze klanten, je zorgt voor een naadloze uitvoering van het dagelijkse logistieke proces. Je doet dit in samenwerking met je collega’s en de leveranciers.
As a Freight Forwarder you are responsible from A to Z for planning and coordinating our customers' supply chain, you ensure seamless execution of the daily logistics process. You do this in collaboration with your colleagues and suppliers.
**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Contact with customers and suppliers
- Setting up and implementing the logistics process
- Proactively monitor the process and correct where necessary
- Ad-hoc sale of air freight capacity
**WHAT WE REQUIRE**:
- Logistical education, experience or affinity with this
- IT-minded
- You can speak English fluently
- 32-40 hours per week, 4/5 attendances per week
- Shift starts between 07:00hrs and 14:30hrs, outside opening hours periodic standby duty (of course for compensation)
- You live within a radius of 50 kilometers from Schiphol
- You possess a valid EU work permit

You will be part of an enthusiastic and diverse team of over 20 colleagues from various countries (including the Netherlands, Moldova, Norway, France, Korea, Suriname, Ghana, Greece, China and Venezuela). **THE WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
Our modern office is conveniently located in Schiphol-Rijk, with private parking and public transport at the doorstep.
