**JOB MISSION**:
The Graphic Designer for Ecommerce will be situated within the EMEA Marketing team in our Amsterdam DTC office and will be working responsively across our EU regional operations. You will be working in a fast-paced working environment to produce industry-leading assets across a range of design mediums.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Assist in the production of local shoots (developing shoot briefs, feedback & retouch notes, etc.).
- Review local shoot images and create design concepts for campaign deliverables for NB digital channels.
- Implement daily design requests from Marketing, CRM, and Site Operations to a high standard.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing content team on how to optimize marketing creatives for NB digital channels.
- Develop and create design concepts for commercial promotional moments such as EOSS, MSS, and Cyber Week.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI design and SFFC and translate this knowledge to site design by giving suggestions for optimization and performance.
- Collaborate with our media agency to effectively create placement developments and opportunities within each channel and translate this knowledge to optimize to strengthen content within NB digital ad channels.
- Collaborate and learn from the global design team to understand brand creative strategy and our brand guidelines. Work to translate, as well as implement this knowledge to all EMEA ecommerce channels.
- Key collaborators for this role will be various teams across the EU and UK operations such as EMEA Marketing, EMEA Ecommerce, EMEA Retail, EMEA Key Accounts, UK Wholesale, UK Events, EMEA Regional Marketing Managers, and External digital agencies.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite; (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is critical.
- Experience using MacOS.
- Experience with motion graphics/animation is preferable.
- UX/UI design experience and strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working for a brand and upholding clear guidelines to help influence work to ensure consistency is upheld.
- Experience working with an in-house development team, implementing new web templates, features, functionality, and potential experiments to improve website conversion.
- Experience developing creatives using emerging trends, technologies, and innovations
- Excellent organising skills and multi-tasking with incredible attention to detail
- Staying up to date with the latest developments and standard methodologies within graphic design
