Who are we?- Who are we looking for?- Your role?As a Motion Graphic Designer at Wolfstreet, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to creating impactful visual content for our amazing clients. From television commercials to (social) online campaigns, and (D)OOH advertising, you will have the opportunity to bring brands to life through innovative motion graphics and animations. You will work both in the creative department and the post-production teams, leveraging your experience and expertise in the best way possible.

The role is for 32-40 hours per week.
- Key responsibilities:
- **Translating client briefings into designs & concepts**:Interpret and transform client briefings into specific design solutions and creative concepts.
- ** Conceptualizing, storyboarding, and animating**:
Develop and bring to life content from initial ideas through to final execution, including comprehensive storyboarding and animation.
- **Creating diverse designs and motion graphics**:
Design and produce a wide range of animated/motion graphics designs such as styleframes, logos, text and title animations, bumpers, illustrations, animations, explainer animations, and more.
- **Crafting visually engaging client (pitch) decks**:
Assist in the development of compelling and visually engaging presentations for client pitches.
- **Designing for internal use**:
Create versatile designs for various internal purposes including internal communications, decks, website, social media content, event materials, and interior branding. Ensure that these designs reflect our company’s identity.
- Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or animation in a similar role.
- You should possess a demonstrable portfolio showcasing relevant work and experiences.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.
- Adhering to style guidelines, concept art, and direction provided by other team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest AI Tools
- Good taste, good attention to detail and the ability to ensure work meets high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
- Approaching tasks with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and being adaptable to feedback and suggestions.
