**oona Antwerp** is on the lookout for a talented **Freelance Graphic & Motion Designer** to join our vibrant team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and is keen on crafting compelling visual stories.

**WHAT'S THE J**OB?**:
**Graphic Design & Content Planning**
- Projects range from social media visuals, influencer campaigns, event invitations, to packaging and visual props for events.
- Collaborate closely with a team that includes Creative Copywriters, Growth Marketeers, and Project Managers.
- Act as a crucial part of our creative content planning, understanding the nuances of new social and digital platforms, and tailoring designs to specific target audiences.
- Ensure that all visual elements align with the client’s vision and detailed briefs, and prepare final files for campaign launches.

**Motion Design**
- Animate graphic elements to create engaging social media content that enhances user interaction and campaign reach.
- Produce short video content from concept to execution, tailored for social media platforms to maximize viewer engagement and meet strategic goals.
- Design and animate HTML5 display banners for use in digital advertising, focusing on innovative and attention-grabbing animations.

**Concept Creative**
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to develop new ideas and innovative campaign concepts.
- Utilize expert knowledge of design and market trends to contribute to the creative process, offering fresh, outside-the-box ideas within the constraints of the project briefs.
- Adapt creative styles to appeal to different target audiences, ensuring that each project resonates with its intended demographic.
- Provide critical creative input during project development phases, helping to refine and enhance the overall creative direction.

**WHO ARE YOU?**:

- A creative spirit with a knack for conceptual & visual thinking.
- At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital agency or D2C company.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate & Premiere Pro.
- A strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and lifestyle brands.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
