We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Supervisor to join our service team restaurant of the Royal Amsterdam Hotel. You will assist the Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food and beverage quality standards, and overseeing the daily operations. If you have a true passion for hospitality and a desire to be a team player providing excellent service with professionalism, this position is your golden opportunity to develop your management skills.

**Responsibilities**
- support the Manager and r in managing the restaurant operations, including:
staffing, scheduling, stock management, optimize procedures and preparing the restaurant.
- ensure a customer satisfaction by delivering great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, by motivating the team
- oversee the food and beverage offerings, ensuring that quality standards are met, and menu items are consistently prepared and presented;
- supervise and train staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and development;
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
- Prevent or handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner;
- assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least two year experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant or lounge setting;
- interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers;
- knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge;
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From €15,00 per hour
