Logistics Employee Cold Distribution 2/3 Shifts

**About the function**:

- As an order picker you are responsible for efficiently collecting and packaging orders using electric pallet trucks (EPT) and voice picking systems. You work in a flexible schedule, spread over 7 days a week, where you work in a two-shift system or a three-shift system. This means that you have shifts in the morning, afternoon or night. In addition, you work in a refrigerated environment, so it is important that you are comfortable with low temperatures.

Your tasks include:

- Operating electric pallet trucks (EPT) safely and efficiently.
- Accurately locate and pick items using voice picking technology.
- Ensure that all orders are processed on time and correctly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace in a cold environment.
- Work in an environment with a temperature between 2 and 5 degrees.

Working hours
- 2 shifts: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM / 3:00 PM - 10:45 PM
- 3 shifts: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM / 3:00 PM - 10:45 PM / 11:00 PM - 6:45 AM

Cold allowance and Shift allowances: 139% between 00:00 and 6:00, 137% between 6:00 and 22:00

**What we need**:

- You are available full-time for a longer term; at least 40 hours per week
- You are taller than 1.70 due to the racks in the warehouse
- You can work at a fast pace and are physically in good condition
- You are available to work in 2 or 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- You are accurate, detail-oriented and a team player
- You read and speak English as the work instructions will be in English

**What we offer**:

- A salary of €16.26 gross per hour incl. cold allowance, excl. shift allowance
- Shift allowances
- After 13 weeks worked, an end-of-year bonus of 3.46% per hour worked
- A travel allowance of a maximum of €0.23 (up to 45 km from your location)
- 8.33% holiday pay
