**Demand & Application Manager**:

Comprehensive solutions are developed and implemented in European and worldwide bulk logistics, especially for the chemicals, foodstuffs and gas sectors. Around 3.800 staff in more than 115 countries support customers to be even more successful with well thought-out logistics solutions in their respective markets. HOYER has at its disposal about 2,200 trucks, 2,600 road tankers, 50,100 IBCs, 37,600 tank containers and numerous logistics installations with depots, cleaning plants and workshops. For the area Business Applications at HOYER Global Transport B.V. based in Botlek-Rotterdam we are looking for a
**Demand & Application Manager**
who will work with us to shape the future of logistics

**Your tasks**:

- Optimization of business processes through the use of our TMS/ERP solution.
- You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of requirements with clear acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
- Maintenance and further development of custom functions.
- Collaboration with the software supplier on all matters concerning the software package.
- Project management for the implementation of process changes.
- Development of training concepts and procedural instructions.

**Your skills**:

- A degree or training in logistics is advantageous, alternatively in computer science or business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with the software tool MONITOR (manufacturer MRI) is desirable.
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Independent and structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at various hierarchical levels.
- Quick comprehension and structured, process-oriented working method.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
