Your Role
- As an Analyst in our Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, you'll be an integral part of our efforts to identify, analyze, and manage operational risks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identification of Operational Risks: Advise internal stakeholders in their identification and assessment of operational risks and take part in scenario analyses.-
- Risk mitigation strategies: Support the design of effective controls and review control testing results-
- Maintain the Risk Management Framework: Upholding the quality of our operational risk management framework-
- Follow-up on events: Contribute to root-cause analysis and the formulation of actionable improvement plans-
- Reporting: Support the periodic risk reporting of ORMYou will quickly become familiar with our processes, and as your skills grow, move from analyzing and reporting to assessing and advising on improvements to be made. - Join our diverse and forward-thinking Operational Risk Management team based in The Hague, which oversees NIBC Bank's non-financial risk landscape and become part of the larger Risk, Legal, and Compliance team, consisting of over 80 skilled professionals. No relevant working experience required
- Fresh ideas and new perspectives are more than welcome at our bank.
