Rosewood Amsterdam is offering an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, where you will receive top-tier training through our specialized Kitchen Assistant course. This program is perfect for those with a love for cooking, regardless of prior experience. If you live in the Netherlands, especially in or around Amsterdam, this could be the start of your culinary journey

**What We Offer**:

- A full sponsorship for the course, which includes 12 intensive training days held weekly on Mondays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, starting Monday, in November 2024.
- Access to an exclusive online learning platform with essential theoretical knowledge and assignments.
- Hands-on learning with real chefs, focusing on:

- o Cutting techniques- o Preparation methods- o Cleaning techniques (HACCP)- o Product knowledge- o General hospitality knowledge
- Special visits to suppliers and workshops with guest chefs, enhancing your understanding of the culinary world.

**Your Responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant**:
- Assisting the chef in cooking and preparation.
- Managing kitchen tasks and procuring ingredients.
- Preparing basic dishes and maintaining cleanliness.
- Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

**What You Need**:
- A passion for cooking.
- Residency in the Netherlands is a must, preferably in or around Amsterdam.

This role is your first step towards becoming a professional chef. The course is designed to provide practical, thorough training that equips you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in a busy kitchen environment.
