**In deze rol**:
Als Teamleader Supply Chain geef je leiding aan een team van gedreven Supply Chain Coördinators. Jij bent onder andere verantwoordelijk dat de dagelijkse operatie optimaal verloopt. Jij coördineert, stuurt en optimaliseert alle administratieve en logistieke processen binnen de gehele Supply Chain. Daarbij coach jij je teammembers waar nodig en stimuleert ze voor verdere ontwikkeling binnen Mainfreight.

Als team member zal je dit vanaf de eerste dag mogen ervaren en werken we samen aan het creëren van ons gezamenlijk succes. **Je bent een Teamleader Supply chain die**:
Zich kan inleven in de klant en een passie heeft om onze klanten een uitstekende service te laten ervaren;
Een natuurlijke leider is en het leuk vind om het beste uit jouw teammembers te halen.

Te allen tijde het hoofd koel houd en daardoor alle klantaanvragen kan afwikkelen van A tot Z;
Flexibel is met betrekking tot de werktijden en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit; Beheerst over de uitstekende mondelingen en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
Kan werken met MS office en het een uitdaging vind om nieuwe computersystemen snel eigen te maken;
Easy to deal with is

**Wat vragen wij van jou**:
Natuurlijk leiderschap;
Sterke affiniteit en logistiek, bedrijfskunde of bedrijfseconomie;
Heb je enige jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijk functie;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
Verder ben je: analytisch sterk, stressbestendig, een teamplayer, flexibel en commercieel sterk.
