Sustainability (ESG) has become our ‘license to operate’ and a strong value driver for future business. This requires a transformation throughout the organisation. It’s a shared responsibility to change our way of leading and thinking in every function and at every level in FrieslandCampina. Driving an integrated program and ensuring the right and robust processes and routine to support this is key. In this role you develop the framework for the overall program management and coordinate execution, trade offs and escalation. You work closely with diverse internal/external stakeholders to support localizing the global sustainability program operates globally throughout the fighting units, business management, R&D and corporate organization. The complexity of the role is high, due to the scope (global), the different local challenges and the nature of our business.

Wat we vragen
- We are looking for a seasoned program
- and portfolio leader, who can bring together the different ESG portfolio and integrate them to a synchronized execution plan, addressing priorities, trade offs, value creation and investments;
- You excel in managing (senior and C-level) stakeholder relationships and are able to align different interests of mainly internal stakeholders. You can simultaneously act on a broad range of levels in the organization and across organizational disciplines: corporate, business directors, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Cooperative;
- Your understanding of the business context is strong and you are a well-organisational developer of processes, routines and rituals to ring the function to the next level;
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

- and risk management
- You have experience in digital data to improve our capability and transparency in external reporting
- You have strong interpersonal, social, advisory, coordination and communication skills
- You bring 7-10 year of experience in this field
- You are fluent in English, written as well as verbal
