**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Content Manager** to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and producing content strategies that drive our sales-driven positioning on a global scale. This role will involve close collaboration with the Global Campaign team to ensure consistency in our brand’s tone of voice and strategic messaging. Additionally, you will will also optimize and develop content using data-driven insights, and share best practices and key findings with regional marketing teams for improved alignment and performance.
This position is a global role so you can be located in one of our HQ’s either in **Helsinki, Copenhagen or Amersfoort**. We comply with local labor legislation in the terms and conditions of the employment contract and terms of employment, depending on your location (FI, DK, NL). We hope that you could start working with us as soon as possible, latest on November 2024.

**️** **Content Development**:
- Create and implement content strategies that align with our sales-driven marketing goals.
- Develop high-quality content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s tone of voice and strategic positioning.
**️** **Campaign Development**:
- Lead content creation for global marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop campaign concepts and messaging.
- Manage content calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
**️** **Regional Support**:
- Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams in their content creation efforts.
- Ensure localized content is consistent with global strategies and brand messaging.
- Review and approve regional content to maintain quality and alignment.
**️** **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product marketing, and sales, to develop cohesive content.
- Facilitate regular communication with regional teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
**️** **Content Performance Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Report on content performance to key stakeholders.
**What skills and experience will help you thrive?**:
**️** A relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
**️** 3-5 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in a global setting.
**️** Strong understanding of sales-driven content and marketing strategies.
**️** Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
**️** Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**️** Strong skills in managing external agencies, freelancers, or creative partners, including overseeing multiple vendors and budgets simultaneously.
**️** Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
**️** Experience in the IT industry with the ability to simplify complex topics also for a non-technical audience.
**You will benefit in this role if you already have experience with the following skills**:

**️** Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
**️** Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
