Product Marketing Manager

Location: Amersfoort

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Market Analysis and Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the European region.
- Technical Marketing

Create and deliver technical content, including white papers, case studies, technical articles, and presentations.
- Campaign Development and Execution

Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness.

Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and consistency in messaging.
- Product Launch and Promotion

Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and customer communications.

Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and market adoption.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
Engage with customers and industry partners to understand their needs and challenges and provide technical support and solutions.

Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
- Digital Marketing

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, YMI product management, Customer Support, Service, Repair and Calibration to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably within the Test & Measurement Industry. Related technical area would be considered.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Test & Measurement Industry. Or a related, similar industry.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required for customer meetings, industry events, and company functions.
