YOUR ROLE- As Warehouse Process Controller you will help determine the success of one of the largest and most automated warehouses in the Netherlands, at our customer Zalando. From our high-tech Control Room, a team of specialists monitors and optimizes productivity on the work floor and delivery reliability. And you can be part of this teamIn this role you will translate available data into usable information. You do this for various internal stakeholders and our partner Zalando. You are also responsible for the input regarding the daily operational management; where in the logistics process should the team leaders adjust, slow down or speed up? Based on your observation and analysis, your decisions will be implemented.You daily share multiple updates with Operations and you chair stand-up meetings. Your tasks also include preparing a long-term forecast, between 1 and 14 weeks. In this, you ensure optimal deployment of employees and automation. You keep an overview of the process performance of all departments in our warehouse, and take quick decisions in case of calamities and incidents.WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Manage the operational processes based on incoming warehouse data;
- Optimize the efficiency of production planning and warehouse processes;
- Monitor performance on various KPIs and make adjustments where necessary;
- Together with your colleagues in the Control Room responsible for incident management;
- Responsible for end-of-service reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- A completed college or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar;
- About 2 years of work experience in a position where your analytical skills and persuasiveness are highly developed, preferably in a logistics work environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
- Full time availability, working in 3 shifts (early shift 6:15 - 14:45, late shift 14:45 - 23:15 and (once every 5 weeks) a night shift 23:15 - 6:15).

- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- A monthly gross base salary between €3,206.84 and €4,629.83;
- 8% vacation pay, 10% (7 p.m. - 0 a.m.) or 25% (0 a.m. - 6 a.m.) shift allowance and 50% weekend allowance;
- 25 vacation days and four additional days if you do not take sick leave;
- A CEVA Logistics phone and laptop, which you may also use privately;
- We have a favorable pension plan, travel reimbursement and discounts on various insurances;
