In deze cruciale positie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het behalen van onze operationele doelstellingen en het handhaven van de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Als Operationeel Manager geef je leiding aan de servicedesk manager, kwaliteitsmanagers en expertmanagers, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat het team optimaal functioneert. Je neemt het initiatief bij procesverbeteringen en werkt samen met diverse stakeholders om de operatie te optimaliseren en zo groei en schaalbaarheid te faciliteren. Daarnaast beheer je de financiën zorgvuldig om onze operationele marge te maximaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Initiëren van procesverbeteringen en samenwerken met stakeholders.
- Leidinggeven aan diverse teams en zorgen voor optimale prestaties.
- Samenwerken met accountmanagers en partners op operationeel niveau.
- Uitbouwen van ons monteurs
- en partnernetwerk.
- Zorgvuldig beheren van financiën om de operationele marge te maximaliseren.

De opdrachtgever

Onze opdrachtgever regelt alles van verwarming en wifi tot rookmelders en televisie bij mensen thuis, namens grote merken. Ze boosten de quality of life door te zorgen dat je altijd kunt internetten, 's avonds een warme douche hebt, en zonder moeite met je tante in Australië kunt bellen. Telecom-, energie, zorgsector - ze doen het allemaal. Hoe ze dat doen? Door op hun eigen, unieke manier de volledige klantreis voor consumenten zo leuk en makkelijk mogelijk te maken. Wat resulteert in dat zij ongeveer 1 miljoen mensen per jaar blij maken met haar service. En daar zijn zij trots op.

Jouw profiel

Als Operationeel Manager straal je zelfverzekerdheid, besluitvaardigheid en energie uit. Het aanbrengen van structuur in processen en het vergroten van zichtbaarheid binnen de operatie zijn jouw tweede natuur.

Daarnaast neem je het volgende mee:

- Hbo werk
- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Ervaring in de bouw
- en installatietechniek is een pré.

- Aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 4.500 en € 6.500 op basis van ervaring;
