**Position**
As an Assistant Controller you ensure collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting financial data for the purpose of directing the organization. The Assistant Controller works for several assigned legal companies and supports these according to local legislations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly closing of all legal companies.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Prepare payroll journal entries.
- Prepare VAT returns.
- Prepare sales invoices.
- Prepare balance sheet specification.
- Prepare financial audit documentation.
- Participate in assigned financial improvement projects and other initiatives.
- Review costs and revenues of subsidiaries on accuracy and completeness.
- Review and analysis of expenses and revenues
- Review of weekly payment runs
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.

**Your qualifications**
- Intermediate Vocational Education (Business Administration, Business Economics, Accounting, Controlling) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills and able to communicate well in a multinational working environment.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized individual with analytical mind
- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, able to handle tight timeline with strong problem-solving skills.

**Our selection process**
The recruitment procedure will include two face-to-face interviews, possibly back-to-back. Your terms of employment and benefits package will be discussed at a subsequent meeting. We aim to finalize the entire process within 4 weeks.
