Jij zorgt dat onze operationele activiteiten in duidelijke processen worden omgezet. Op die manier kunnen KPI’s en prestaties inzichtelijk worden voor de organisatie en het team.

Je neemt de leiding over een internationaal team en zorgt ervoor dat de Cyber Operations niet alleen op de rails komen, maar ook continu geoptimaliseerd worden.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- ** Je geeft leiding aan een internationaal Cyber Ops-team**, met teamleden in Nederland, India en de VS.
- ** Je implementeert gestructureerde operationele processen** en gestandaardiseerde workflows.
- ** Je zal KPI's definiëren, volgen en analyseren** zodat ze consistent en gestructureerd opgevolgd kunnen worden.
- ** Je doet de dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse monitoring** van operaties, prestaties en SLA's.
- ** Je plant en beheert de teamcapaciteit** (teamleiders en individuele medewerkers) zodat operationeel alles efficiënt blijft verlopen.
- ** Je informeert de interne teams (sales & practices) over de cybersecurity-workflows.**:

- ** Je draagt bij aan het opbouwen van een Global Cyber Team.**:

- ** Je schaalt en maakt Cyber Operations agile**en dus in lijn met de groei van het bedrijf en de veranderende behoeften.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Talen**: Vloeiend in het Engels (extra talen zijn een pluspunt).
- ** Ervaren Operations Manager** met een sterke achtergrond in cyber of technische omgevingen.
- ** Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden** en ervaring met het managen van internationaal verspreide teams.
- ** Analytisch en gestructureerd**, in staat om processen en KPI's te definiëren en te implementeren.
- ** Daadkrachtig en stressbestendig**, gewend om onder hoge druk te werken.
- ** Global mindset**: ervaring in internationale organisaties en diverse culturele settings.
