We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our 5-star hotel team in the heart of Amsterdam As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests from around the world and ensuring they have an exceptional stay.
- Greet guests upon arrival and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer personalized recommendations and assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and local area information.
- Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in handling guest payments, billing, and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in upselling hotel services and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with all necessary supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite is an asset.
