RIMMEL GLOBAL MARKETING ASSISTANT, INNOVATION - GRADUATE - 12month contract

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Marketing Assistant, Innovation Graduate will be assisting the Rimmel & Manhattan Global Innovation team in the development and execution of insight-driven innovation brand plans and coordinate cross-category initiatives for effective product management and operations.

In this role, no days are the same. Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
Support the Innovation Manager in all day-to-day responsibilities for the Colour Category (Lip & Nail).
Assist the Colour team in generating campaign ideas and conducting product research and analysis projects.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials for new launches, including product stories, clear points of difference, swatches, shade names, and numbers.
Conduct research and analysis, including sales analysis, tracking category evolution, and evaluating brand and competitor performance.
Coordinate cross-category initiatives such as mock-up creation for shoots, managing the monthly newsletter, overseeing budget management, and handling product management tasks.
Manage mailing and couriers, coordinating all brand team mail and couriers to agencies, markets, retailers, and other recipients.
Assist the Rimmel Innovation Colour Manager by developing insight-driven brand plans and ensuring efficient execution and product launch readiness.

The team consists of the Innovation Department, which is split into two teams: the Colour & Collab Team and the Face & Eyes Team. You will be working closely with our internal markets and several departments such as Equity, Commercial, R&D and Initiative Team.

As Global Marketing Assistant, Innovation Graduate you will have an entrepreneurial mindset, possess excellent time management skills, be able to work under pressure, demonstrate a creative flair and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong willingness to go the extra mile.

**Other than that, you will have**:
Previous relevant internship or work experience min 12months, preferably in the beauty industry
Marketing/ business, or related degree course is essential.
Strong analytical and organizational skills Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry.
Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player.
High level of numeracy, marketing flair, PC skills, maturity, and communication skills
