Supervisor Hull Assembly

De afdeling Hull Assembly, zorgt ervoor dat de complete romp van een schip tot stand komt. Als Supervisor zorg jij ervoor dat je samen met je team al het ijzerwerk en bijbehorende werkzaamheden verricht. Jij leidt het team van ijzerwerkers (zowel eigen medewerkers als ingeleenden) zodanig dat er veilig en productief gewerkt wordt. Jij zorgt voor de tijdsregistratie, planning en tijdige voortgang van het werk. Jij voert verbeteringen door en rapporteert tijdig en proactief aan jouw leidinggevende. Waar nodig voer jij ook gesprekken met werkvoorbereiding of contractors. In de ploegendienst ligt de verrantwoordelijkheid voor het team volledig bij jou. Je bent bekend met werken volgens regels en richtlijnen met betrekking tot kwaliteit en werktijden.

Je bent een teamplayer en je wilt graag mensen helpen om hun werk goed uit te kunnen voeren. Je vindt het leuk om contact te zoeken met andere afdelingen en zaken af te stemmen. Je beschikt over vakinhoudelijke kennis en sociale vaardigheden.

Jij hebt:

- Minimaal een MBO opleiding.
- Ervaring met Scheepsbouw,
- Goede kennis van Ijzerwerk.
- Kunnen lezen van tekeningen en werkvoorbereidingsinformatie.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden ivm werken met diverse stakeholders.
- Planmatig kunnen werken en overzicht kunnen behouden.
- Ervaring met aansturing is een pre.
- Goede computervaardigheden, zoals word, excel etc.
- Wij bieden:
- Een bruto maand salaris tussen €3151 en €3893 + 8% vakantiebijslag.-
- Goede werk/prive balans met 40 vakantiedagen (waarvan 13 ADV dagen) met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van verlof.-
- Daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer en een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van €2;
- per dag.-
- Je krijgt korting op de aanvullende zorgverzekering van VGZ en winstdelingsregeling.-
- Een middelloon pensioenregeling via PME waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.-
- Ook heeft Royal IHC een Sociaal Fonds waaruit zorg
- en aanverwante kosten deels vergoed kunnen worden die niet onder je zorgverzekering vallen.-
- Je krijgt een opleidingsbudget van €1500;
- per drie jaar. We beschikken over onze eigen ‘IHC Academy’ met meer dan 21.000 (externe) trainingen.-
- Onbeperkt sporten in onze eigen fitnessruimte (bij inlevering van de duurzame inzetbaarheidsag).
