**Job Summary**:
Supermicro is looking for a Production Test Technician to perform testing of defective products, identify needed repairs, and ensures quality control for commercial standards and customer needs. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned)**:

- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot all products from our assembly line and RMA
- PCBA (BP, MB and Server related boards) Incoming Quality Control
- Assist test engineer/supervisor to diagnose and identify root causes for failed boards
- Test and identify defective area(s) and enter information into RMA Repair database
- Execute ECO, BIOS, and FW upgrades
- Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality requirements
- Work efficiently in a fast paced production environment
- Adhere to company and Production departments policies and procedures
- Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum AA in Engineering, BA preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems troubleshooting preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC, System and Server operation
- Familiarity with Window or DOS
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
- Solid communications skills both verbal and written
