We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our Amsterdam team

As the Sales Controller you will be responsible for timely and accurate management reporting, including Gross to Net sales controlling, fund management and sales accounting to enable accurate financial figures can be forecast and recorded.

You will provide the local Sales and Finance teams with value added reporting and solutions regarding sales operations across Europe. You will provide intelligent analytical commercial proposals to enable sales growth and back office efficiency.
**What you will do**:

- Management reporting / Business reviews / Fund management / Sales accounting. On a periodic basis:

- Prepare Tier 1 / Tier 2 fund tracking for regional sales management
- Review R3 plan and actuals and provide alerts to sales management
- Prepare quotation fund management for local sales management
- Prepare and comment gross to net report for every region to ensure Business Management teams understand the net revenue achieved for the region for flash reporting
- Sales minus control including gross to net
- Monthly analysis and prediction of provision and release for ESC regions, Provision set up, preparation and review, Release determination / approval / posting
- Business Intelligence for Sales operations for the ESC direct sales regions:

- Within the Sales Analysis team to develop, create, automate and implement ad hoc and official reporting for ESC direct sales regions. Strive to remove the need for local sales teams to use sales resources for sales reporting.
- Support for T1/2 targets and rebate tools for the Sales teams, Customer sales reporting, customer target tracking.
- Closely work with other internal parties such as CRM, Business Planning team (BPT), Vice
- President (VP) of Sales and Sales leaders and other Epson entities to achieve best in class solutions
- Engage in projects internally across EMEA to develop internal Epson best in class solutions. Actively try to join professional / external groups to look for trends and opportunities for Epson to improve all the sales operational reporting

**What we ask for**:

- Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience to be able to work and interact at this level
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
- Previous experience with SAP / SAP BI and Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent SAP SD/FI knowledge including table level detail
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience in dealing with all levels of management, and different functional departments.
- Experience in International sales transactions and reporting requirements
- Able to make informed, educated decisions, under pressure
- Experience in working within a multinational company
- Demonstrated experience in improving and implementing processes.
- Good written and spoken English
