Dan is dit iets voor jou In deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een Duitstalige credit controller om het order-to-cash team aan te vullen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer, het bieden van begeleiding aan belanghebbenden, het creëren en monitoren van achterstallige betalingen en het oplossen van geschillen. Met een groeiend en proactief team is groei in je carrière onvermijdelijk.
Omschrijving
- Credit control: Beheer A-Z inclusief het evalueren van klantkrediet, goedkeuren van kredietaanvragen, samenwerken met sales en de rest van het team om kredietrisico te beoordelen en eventuele risico's te identificeren om verbetering en nauwkeurigheid te waarborgen;
- Onderhoud van mastergegevens: Aanmaken en onderhouden van klantmasterrecords, kijken naar prijsvoorwaarden en ervoor zorgen dat mastergegevensinvoeren volledig en consistent zijn;
- Samenwerken met andere teams zoals sales;
- Communiceren met klanten over eventuele achterstallige betalingen en geschillen oplossen;
- Andere taken met betrekking tot incasso;
Profiel van kandidaat
- Minimaal HBO in Financiën, Accounting of een relevant vakgebied;
- Minimaal 2+ jaar ervaring als credit controller of met vergelijkbare verantwoordelijkheden;
- Ervaring met systemen zoals SAP of Power BI is een groot voordeel;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Duitse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Proactief, communicatief, enthousiast en kan zelfstandig en in een team werken;
