Join our dedicated Credit Control team and play a crucial role in managing our financial health. We're searching for a skilled communicator with a customer service background and strong numerical abilities.
Main responsibilities:- Monitor the accounts receivable aging.
- Reach out to small clients regarding overdue payments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Conduct credit reviews to optimize delivery performance and reduce credit exposure.
- Aid in maintaining customer data and reconcile payments.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service.
- Maintain control files and reports.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of payment methods.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Attention to detail and innovation mindset.
- Good arithmetic skills and organizational abilities.
- Commercial mindset focused on customer needs.
