De afdeling Logistic Center Engineering (Proces Engineering) heeft de taak om de operatie te ondersteunen en de magazijnomgevingen te onderhouden, te beheren en te ontwikkelen. De afdeling streeft naar een optimale voorraad, locatie-inrichting en vullingsgraad, zodanig dat dit bijdraagt aan een veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt logistiek proces.

**Wat ga jij in deze functie doen?**
Als Groupleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de eerstelijns logistieke procesondersteuning. Samen streef je proactief naar optimale processen en continue verbetering van de logistieke processen binnen de logistieke centra. In deze functie stuur je een team van +/- 10 front office engineers aan.

**Werkzaamheden**
- Door coachend leiderschap het functioneren en presteren van medewerkers versterken en hun potentieel ontwikkelen;
- Het voeren van gesprekken met medewerkers, beoordelen en begeleiden van de medewerkers bij de ontwikkeling van de benodigde competenties en vaardigheden;
- Het plannen, coördineren en aansturen van medewerkers en het zorgen voor een optimale verdeling van taken
- Continue overleggen met engineers over afwijkingen, corrigerende maatregelen en werklast (RTM)
- Het toezien dat standaarden worden aangehouden en verbeterd door te werken volgens de standaardopvolging
- Crossfunctioneel overleg tussen diverse stakeholders / afdelingen
- Het initiëren en borgen van een continue verbetercultuur

**Jij brengt mee**
- Minimaal een afgeronde bachelor opleiding;
- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven en coachen;
- Je beschikt over actuele kennis van ontwikkeling in de logistieke keten op het gebied van systemen en processen;
- Kennis van logistieke informatiesystemen (SAP en SIMAS);
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

**Wat krijg jij ervoor terug**
Een uitdagende fulltime baan met een salaris tussen de €4.500 en €5.500 p/m per maand o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast krijg je 27 vakantiedagen, 13 adv dagen, een bonusregeling en is er volop ruimte om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.
