**The Role: Crafting the Future of our Digital Partnerships**:
In the role of Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be one of the pillars of our growth. Your mission will be to explore new horizons, onboarding partners in untapped markets and engaging with larger potential affiliates. You will play a key role in reshaping the scope and scale of our partnerships, directly influencing the trajectory of our growth.

**The Goal: Pioneering New Revenue Streams**:

- Experienced and Strategic: You bring a proven track record in establishing significant affiliate partnerships. Your experience is the compass guiding our expansion into new territories.
- Sales and Affiliate Expertise: Your strong sales acumen, coupled with your affiliate marketing background, constitutes the backbone of how you operate. Identifying and seizing partnership opportunities is your forte, and you do it with unmatched skill.
- Self-Driven and Independent: You see yourself as a 'commercial tiger,' thriving in a business landscape. Your capacity to self-organize and act autonomously as a 'lone wolf' is what distinguishes you.
- Persistence and Patience: These are your tools of your trade. You understand that making inroads into corporate prospects and closing impactful deals is a journey requiring both tenacity and tact.

**The Goal: Pioneering New Revenue Streams**:
Your primary objective will be to unlock new revenue sources by presenting prospects with the opportunity to monetize their traffic. While maintaining our current partnerships is crucial, your main focus will be reaching new audiences and enriching our base of active affiliates.

**Your Typical Day**
- KPI-Driven Strategy: Each day you will engage in strategic, KPI-driven efforts to maximize both the quantity and quality of prospects in your pipeline. Key to this pursuit will be your ability to prioritize tasks based on revenue impact.
- Expanding Our Reach: Your scope will be both diverse and dynamic, spanning from expat blogs to prominent platforms in related industries. In your role you will not only onboard smaller partners but also orchestrate substantial partnerships with larger affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating Relationships: Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential for engaging prospective affiliates and nurturing lasting relationships.
- Commercial Negotiations: Armed with your sharp business acumen, you will navigate negotiations to consistently close favorable, long-term agreements.
- Market Research: A comprehensive understanding of our market will be crucial. Your ability to identify commercial opportunities and develop effective outreach strategies will drive our expansion.
- Performance Analysis: You will actively monitor and analyze partner success, proactively offering feedback to ensure each partnership is optimized for peak performance.
- Has 3+ years of relevant work experience;
- Has a commercially oriented, agile, and data-driven mindset;
- Has a well-developed intuition for interpersonal tact in professional settings;
- Has a generalist competence in affiliate marketing, sales, and account management;
- Has confidence in operating both independently and collaboratively;
- Has a deep understanding of internet platforms and knows how to measure performance;
- Has a minimum English (both written and spoken) level of C1;
- Has an intercultural affinity;
- Has worked in the removal or logistics industry;
- Has worked in a lead generation or online platform environment;
