We are looking for an energized Channel Marketing Intern to become part of our Channel Marketing Team, working closely with our Partner Sales Team full of passionate people who work to achieve our mission. - Hours: 40 hours per week
- Internship Compensation: 1.000 Euros per month

**Your role & responsibilities**:
Fairphone’s sales strategy is to successfully sell its products to consumers, companies and organizations who are keen to support our movement towards a fairer electronics value chain. This not only means sales through Fairphone’s own web shop but also cooperating with like-minded partners in the industry, such as operators, distributors, retailers/e-tailers: this is what our Partners Sales team focuses on. As a Channel Marketing Intern, your role is to support the Channel Marketing team in marketing activities set up, execution and evaluation. This role is the perfect blend between marketing and sales. Your supervisor will be Channel Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and evaluate promotional campaigns, working closely with our brand team to develop the assets and with our external partner for execution
- Assist our Channel Marketing team in developing merchandising
- Managing and maintaining our internal asset platform
- Gather, report and analyze sell-out numbers
- Send test devices for potential customers**What you will learn**:
As part of this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in:
- Working cross-functional with a diversity of teams to create marketing materials
- Sharpening your analytical skills by translating sales data into valuable insights
- Working independently on and take ownership of projects
- Learning more about Fairphone and specifically the marketing driven side of sales via our commercial partners**Your Profile***:
- Currently enrolled as a student in higher educational institute in The Netherlands in relevant study program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar.
- You are at ease with data and have the analytical skills to turn it into insights.
- You are hands-on, organized and have great planning skills.
- You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. German or French is a plus.
- You have practical knowledge of tools such as MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- You are proactive, have a strong sense of initiative, and take ownership.
- You are a reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
- You are motivated and love the fast-paced work environment of a start-up/scale-up company.
