Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Benelux is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administration officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order management and supporting various sales operations. If you are a proactive team player with strong communication skills and experience in SAP and Excel, we would love to hear from you.
Role and Responsibilities
Your role
As a Sales Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will be responsible for managing orders from our B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and handling inventory management for accessories. Your ability to support the Ad-hoc management request and adjust customer back orders will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
As our Sales Administration Officer, you will be the key point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders, responding to their needs and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly. Your role will require you to stay organized, prioritize task, and maintain clear communication with team members and management.
Your key responsibilities include:
Order management for B2B:
- Oversee and manager the entire order process for our B2B clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
APS (Accessory) Weekly Operation:
- Conduct weekly operations related to accessory sales and inventory management. This involves tracking inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that accessories are available to meet customer demand.
FOC Process & Support:
- Manage and support the Free of Charge (FOC) process, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This includes processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with relevant departments.
Customer Back Orders weekly adjustments:
- Adjust and manage customer back-orders on a weekly basis, maintaining up-to-date records and communication. You will work closely with the sales team to prioritize and fulfill back orders.
Respond to Ad-hoc management requests:
- Address and fulfill any ad-hoc requests from management, providing timely and accurate responses. This may involve generating reports, conducting data analysis, or assisting with specials projects.

- Bachelor degree or a related field.
- Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.

- Experience with SAP and Excel.
