**Wanted: Sustainable Finance Advisory, Associate Partner**

We are looking for an Associate Partner to focus on client origination and drive growth within our Sustainable Finance Advisory team. This role will be key to expanding our client base among private investment funds and companies with assets up to €500 million across Europe. As an Associate Partner, you’ll join Sustainable Capital Group, committed to helping our clients raise sustainable capital and build strategic advantages.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Partner to drive client origination and expand our market reach within Sustainable Finance Advisory. You will work closely with our current advisory lead, who excels at managing client relationships, leading pitches, and customizing service offerings to meet client needs. This structure allows you to focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading client origination efforts, generating and nurturing leads among private investment funds and companies focused on ESG compliance and sustainable finance.
- Developing and executing a strategic client acquisition plan to build a strong project pipeline aligned with our growth targets.
- Collaborating with the advisory lead to ensure a seamless transition from lead origination to active client engagements, providing a cohesive client experience.
- Expanding Sustainable Capital Group’s network by attending key industry events, networking with ESG stakeholders, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the team to refine our product-market fit based on client feedback and market demands.

**Ideal Profile**:

- 6+ years of experience in business development within consulting or financial services, ideally with a focus on ESG, sustainable finance, or regulatory compliance.
- Proven success in lead generation, client origination, and building business within the private investment or corporate finance sectors.
- Familiarity with SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and other ESG regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional networking and communication skills with the ability to convey complex our unique value proposition effectively.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage and additional European languages are a plus.
- Based in the Netherlands, with flexibility for remote work and travel.
