- Job Description:_ We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager Junior IT Support to join our team. As a Junior IT Support, you will be part of our IT team and responsible for providing technical assistance to our internal users. You will be involved in troubleshooting IT-related issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and support to employees.
- Responsibilities:_
- Monitor and manage on-premises infrastructure & installed system.
- Network monitoring and management (Switch, wifi, DHCP, connections setup and troubleshooting, Firewall, VPN) (Tool: HPE, Aruba central)
- Back up schedule and recover (Tool: Veeam)
- Virtual machine management (Tool: VMware)
- System administration (Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Linux)
Cloud management
- Azure AD and Office 365
- Install new equipment, perform configurations, and implement updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve the overall stability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
- Requirements:_
- Completed education at MBO or HBO level in an IT-related field.
- knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and networking.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Is able to communicate in English. Dutch is a pré.
- Team player with a positive and proactive work ethic.
