**What will you be doing?**
We will make sure that you will learn everything there is to know about destinations, different types of campsites, accommodations and facilities on the Huttopia campsites.
So as a travel agent, you will often work independently but you will also work as part of a real team with your colleagues.
The atmosphere is informal and a sense of humor is appreciated, but of course we also work hard
Furthermore, the daily tasks of our travel advisors consist of:
- Making quotations;
- Making changes to reservations;
- Handling cancellation requests;
- Actively selling extra services (sheet rental, cleaning of the accommodation, etc.);
- Advising customers about our beautiful campsites;
- Handling B2B reservations.
**Who are you?**
In our new colleague we are looking for the following:
- _Languages_: excellent command of the German and English language (written and spoken), knowledge of Dutch is preferred;
- _Experience_: a first working-experience in customer contact;
- _Professional_: customer friendly and a pleasant telephone voice;
- _Personal_: stress resistant, flexible and a team player.
Also it’s no problem for you to work on Saturdays a few times a month.
Working hours vary between 8am and 6pm.
**What does Huttopia offer you?**
- _Salary_: based on experience and the Travel Industry Collective Agreement, €4,30 gross per hour;
- _Contract_: 1 year, but our intention afterwards is a fixed contract;
- _Hours_: 28-32 hours per week (Mon-Sat);
- _Colleagues_: a small but motivated team;
- _Holidays_: 24 vacation days based for fulltime and 8% vacation allowance;
- _Location_: a brand new office in the center of Utrecht, perfectly accessible by public transport, and with a roof terrace;
