**Logistics at full potential**

Are you looking for your next role leading a team, here at GXO Logistics we are looking for an experienced Team lead to support our customer whose services are critical within the marketplace. You will be leading a team of 2 Coordinators and approx.50 warehouse operatives.
- Shift work - Monday - Friday, (6am - 3pm and 2pm - 11pm weekly rotational shifts)
- Fluent in English, Dutch nice to have.
- Due to shift work, own transport is required to get to site.

**What you do on a typical day as Team Lead**
- Manages team performance continually; develops associates by providing training and coaching.
- Responsible to meet all operational KPI’s.
- Assigns duties and monitors work completion for accuracy.
- Maintains a safe work environment and fosters a positive team dynamic, resolving employee.
- relations issues and administering corrective action as required.
- Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams.
- Responsible to make recommendations regarding hiring, terminating, performance evaluations,
- and promotions.
- Daily interaction with internal and external customer on operational level.
- Personnel scheduling to support all shifts and accounts, plan and organize staff workload.
- Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department.
- Train associates so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Previous experience of leading a team, within a logistics or similar environment.
- Fluent in English, Dutch nice to have.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work shifts.
