Ecolab is seeking a **Field Service Specialist** to join its industry leading Food & Beverage team. We are increasing food safety and product quality, enhancing sustainability, and boosting operational efficiency. We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to new and existing customers. This is an entry level sales position responsible for selling Food & Beverage products/services by interacting with established customers and developing new sales prospects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Com field trials, reporting & training
- Establish, verify & document hygiene plans and their parameters through regular customer visits
- Assist with all customer needs
- Install and repair equipment at the customer's plant
- Ensure equipment maintenance goals established by the customer are met
- Support the introduction of new programs and service concepts to customers
- Achieve monthly safety metrics, and input safety data into the company's system
- Establish new ways of improving service
- Provide recommendations related to safety standards and protocol

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Knowledge and/or aptitude in electricity and mechanical systems
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical field or related field, or university student of engineering
- 5 years of experience in technical roles in Food & Beverages plants
- Exposure to MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Willingness and ability to work off hours
