**About the Position**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Human Resources Intern in the Office department at Vascobelo. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The main focus entails recruitment and administrative HR work, such as contracting and payroll.

**In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to**:

- Screen, schedule, and conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff members
- Administer, change and manage HR-related documents
- Monitor the absenteeism management system
- Maintain employee records and HR databases

**Who are we looking for?**
- Currently following BSc or MSc or have completed higher education in areas (incl. Work and Organizational Psychology, or Human resources/specialized HR functions).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in both a team environment as individually
- Available for 32 hours a week for a duration of at least 6 months
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Possesses professional level interpersonal skills and English proficiency
- Speaks Dutch
