**Working at Nice2stay**

Nice2stay is a rental agency, specialised in unique & tasteful holiday villas, apartments and boutique hotels in Europe. We combine an attractive website with very personal and excellent service. All accommodations have been visited by our team, so clients can really trust us and are gladly advised by our team. Since the founding of Nice2stay in 2012, we have grown strongly and it is our ambition to further expand our position internationally. Besides our distinctive collection of accommodations, our strength lies in building long-term relationships with both our partners and our clients.

Our driven and multidisciplinary team consists of the founders/owners, three product managers, new business, three content writers, three booking consultants, operations, tech support, an administrator and six programmers/developers who help build our website and CRM tool from Pakistan.

Our beautiful "home" is located in the city centre of Haarlem.

**Tourism Management Internship** **(start February 2025)

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support our team. You will work at Nice2stay, where driven colleagues focus on growing the Nice2stay brand internationally. We do this by creating a good, professional website with a unique collection of vacation homes / apartments and B&Bs, and the personal service towards our international customers and partners (owners of the accommodations).
This is a full-time internship. This means that 8 hours per week (if necessary) can be spent on research/assignments and 32 hours per week will be spent working in the office.

**Examples of tasks during your internship at Nice2stay are**:

- Having contact with partners (owners of the accommodations)
- Helping to optimize the presentations on our website
- Administrative work
- Support throughout the customer journey, e.g. optimizing itinerary information, processing feedback etc.
- You will work directly with our 3 booking consultants, but also have a lot of contact with the product managers and finance administrator within the company.

**Who are we looking for?**
- HBO Education Tourism Management or other relevant study
- You have a very good command of the Dutch and English language
- You are social and customer oriented
- Accurate and precise
- You can concentrate well
- You are enthusiastic, have a proactive way of working and are a real go-getter
- You have affinity with our range of luxury and authentic accommodations in Europe
