**_Jouw rol als CSR Quality Manager_**:
In deze functie ga jij ons helpen de kwaliteit van onze sociale, veiligheids
- en milieuprestaties naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat onze CSR-standaarden niet alleen worden nageleefd, maar ook continu worden verbeterd. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze activiteiten bijdragen aan een betere wereld én aan sterke bedrijfsresultaten.

**_Wat je gaat doen?_**:
Customer Centricity: Je identificeert kansen en ziet risico's binnen onze CSR-strategie, altijd met oog voor onze klanten. Je zorgt voor verbeteringen die de sociale, veiligheids
- en milieuprestaties versterken, en daarmee ook de tevredenheid van onze klanten.

HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality): Jij ontwikkelt CSR-standaarden die bijdragen aan de gezondheid, veiligheid, beveiliging en milieubescherming, zodat we voldoen aan alle wettelijke eisen en onze eigen hoge normen.

Operational Excellence: Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van onze CSR-praktijken, voert interne audits uit en zorgt voor een up-to-date documentmanagementsysteem. Dit alles met als doel onze operationele efficiëntie te waarborgen en continu te verbeteren.

LBC Community: Je werkt samen met lokale gemeenschappen en collega's aan CSR-projecten. Je deelt je kennis en inspireert anderen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor onze maatschappelijke en ecologische impact.

**_Wat je meebrengt_**:

- HBO/WO werk
- en denkniveau, met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de industrie.
- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van CSR, HSSEQ en risicomanagement.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen en een hands-on mentaliteit om resultaten te boeken.
