As our **Digital Marketing Enablement Director,** you will fulfil one of the most important roles in our region. You will lead the acceleration of our digital transformation, ensuring a seamless omnichannel digital experience for consumers that helps achieve our business and brand objectives. You will build upon the region’s digital strategy, develop yearly plans to execute that strategy and lead a multi-functional team to deliver those plans. As a functional leader, you will ensure the right tools, processes, and working methods are in place to deliver exceptional results.

**How you’ll help us.**
- Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the EVP of Categories, as part of the role, you’ll:

- Build a strong and engaged digital Marketing organisation.
- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Enablement team, which includes Brand and Performance Media (including search, paid social, affiliates and organic social), Loyalty and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Wholesale Digital and Market Intelligence professionals.
- Lead and implement the overall digital Marketing strategy for EMEA.
- Drive strategic planning and implementation of the OneASICS loyalty programme and broader ecosystem to achieve consumer lifecycle metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify omnichannel optimisation opportunities and, in turn, create a prioritised list of roadmap items to be planned and executed.
- Champion regional omnichannel infrastructure requests, particularly in the areas of loyalty, CRM, personalisation, media optimisation and wholesale digital.
- Work closely with the Global Analytics team to plan, monitor, and optimise data and KPI tracking, deriving insights that can be implemented across the business.
- Uncover online and offline consumer insights that shape both strategies and tactics.
- Continuously improve the consumer experience throughout the digital shopping journey.

**More about you.**
- Ten years of Digital Marketing experience, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
- Qualification ideally in business studies, marketing/digital brand management, and other related fields.
- Track record of outstanding results, having grown both brand metrics and business performance.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
