**Your challenge**:
As a Project Excellence Manager, you create impact by initiating and implementing improvements within the Capital Projects at Nobian. You are responsible for developing standards and digital solutions, maintaining and improving the Nobian Project Management Framework, and most importantly, driving CAPEX excellence. Your role also includes conducting assurance reviews and facilitating lean scoping workshops. Additionally, you will automate and streamline PMO activities by developing tools to enhance project delivery and transparency and executing domain specific digital initiatives, such as the use of Gen AI. Furthermore, you will create and conduct project management trainings and share success stories from improvement initiatives within the organization.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage and improve Nobian Project Management Frameworks, standards, and enablers.
- Initiate and embed improvements in capital project management, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, offering expert guidance on project management platforms and methodologies.
- Provide support to project teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge for successful project delivery.
- Facilitate and drive project management processes (e.g. project planning, risks management, change requests, etc.).
- Conduct assurance reviews of large capital projects and manage portfolio-level risk registers.
- Digitalize and automate the project portfolio through effective use of tools and workflows.

**Have you got what it takes?**:
As Project Excellence Manager you are a proactive and experienced individual who can lead digital transformations and project excellence. You have a strong background in project management and digital tools, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Further to this you recognize yourself in the following points:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is preferred.
